These terms apply when you use petratampa.com, order from or book a table at Petra Mediterranean Restaurant (“Petra,” “we,” “us”) at our Kennedy Blvd or Busch Blvd locations, or interact with us through our website chat, WhatsApp, or our Google Business Profiles, including Google’s AI agent. By using these services you agree to these terms.
Menu, prices, and hours
We work to keep our menu, prices, and hours accurate everywhere they appear. Prices and hours can differ between our two locations and can change without notice. The price at the time you order is the price you pay. Prices on delivery apps may differ from our dine-in prices.
Orders
An order is confirmed only when we or our ordering partner confirm it. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it. Orders placed through ezCater or a delivery app also follow that partner’s terms.
Reservations and private events
A reservation is confirmed only when we confirm it. Private room bookings and large groups are confirmed directly with the location you are visiting.
Catering
Catering and large orders need advance notice. Quantities, pricing, delivery fees, deposits, and cancellation terms are confirmed directly with us before your event.
Allergies and dietary needs
Our kitchens use common allergens, including nuts, sesame, wheat, and dairy. Vegan and vegetarian dishes are prepared in the same kitchen, so we cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens. Tell us about any allergy or dietary need before you order.
Chat assistants and AI agents
Our website chat and Google Business Profiles may use automated assistants, including Google’s AI agent, to answer questions. Their answers are for general information only and can be incomplete or wrong. Nothing an automated assistant says creates an order, reservation, price, or promise until we confirm it directly. Using our website
Do not misuse our website or chat, try to disrupt them, or use them for anything unlawful. The Petra name, logo, photos, and content belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
Our website and chat tools are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Petra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using them, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Privacy

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
